The first time my order took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive after being told it would 45 minutes.
Today after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for a 45 minutes order it was cancelled. My son is at home unwell and is unable to move about easily to stand for more than a few minutes. the food was ordered for his dinner so he could take his medication. Appalling.
