1st order didnt arrive because the rider had a breakdown someone called me from the rider support to let me know that it happened and asked my if I wanted the item again, I said yes and the order never arrived, instead of calling me back or text, deliveroo sent me an email, which I didn't see because I am not looking to my email 24/7 so as a result, 3 hour wasted of my time which I will never get back and didn't get the food at the end. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
