I tend to order my groceries through deliveroo due to work and health issues.
Sainsbury and coop will randomly short deliver items.
Last order Sainsbury short delivered +£9 of food and deliveroo will not refund and are telling me they are closing my account.
I’m being punished for items not delivered. This is theft.
Also we all pay service fees but do we ever get a refund on these if the items aren’t delivered… no
