Ordered food on a Saturday night. After 2 hours late and numerous calls to the restaurant I still hadn't received any food. The restaurant updated the order to say it had been delivered. When I tried to call it just rang out. Deliveroo refused to refund or credit my account. Because the restaurant stated they had delivered it even though they were lied.
