Awful experience my food arrived cold and inedible also with items missing!!!
I contacted customer services I was not offered a refund for the missing items or for the whole meal that had to be thrown away.
They just said I hope that we can do better next time!
No thanks, your customer service is appalling!!
Also, the bag was not sealed so items are either missing as the driver fancied a munch or the restaurant never put them in there.
Either way, it is literally theft charging someone for something that they did not receive!
