Made small order from Morrisons! Over two hours to arrive…ok things happen! On looking at receipt two things were crossed out the total of which was £10 .19 which I expected as refund waited a couple of days thinking it’ would be refunded automatically back to my bank/. But no refund did live chat with deliveroo explaining! Was told as it over 48 hour since the order no refund or credit would be issued:( say what!!! Isn’t that stealing???
Will never use these thieving@%#/;:,”**& again…
