Ordered a burrito and drink via Deliveroo, the driver then turned up with just the drink then went to leave. I brought him back to be like where is the Burrito, his English was poor and just shrugged saying restaurants fault. Called the restaurant and they said the driver was given the whole order and he’s stolen it.
The only positive is that calling up Deliveroo led to them quickly reordering my item for me and apologised.
It’s becoming a regular occurrence of items going missing!
