Refused to refund after being told by restaurant manager to process. Tell manager customer to request, tell customer manager to request. They do anything they can to keep the money and lie to do it.
DO NOT order through them, if something goes wrong you won't get anything but a "sorry for inconvenience" and your money kept fraudulently
