If i could give 0 stars i would. Not enough delivery drivers. Waited almost 2 hours, then i had to get the food myself and request Wagamama to remake the food as it had been sitting there so long.
Customer services was poor and rude. One assistance said i can get a refund as i was eligible under the circumstances then they hung up. Another said i wasn't eligible.
Shall be using justeat from now on. Deliveroo are awful, i believe the averaged review speaks for itself.
