Disgraceful, shameful customer service. Received an inedible meal and the extent of the customer service is "we're sorry. Thank you for your feedback". However they'll happily take your money.
Useless service from first line and equally as useless service from the "manager".
I'd strongly advise against using Deliveroo. There are a load of far superior delivery companies.
Deliveroo should be ashamed of themselves.
True customer service wouldn't go amiss here.
