As i am a regular customer of Deliveroo , I invite you to collect the pitiful bunch of flowers and see the poor state of them. For ten pounds it is despicable, as i pointed out i have purchased these before as was going to be a regular thing.
I will now discontinue the use of this site as my complaint has clearly been disregarded and will now be looking to address this matter further with senior management, trade descriptions as well as the ombudsman i suggest others do the same.
As a carer i do not have excessive funds to throw away on inferior products.
