I ordered food from kfc through the app and the driver never showed up. I contacted deliveroo to organise a refund, but because the driver made a call, they said I wasn't entitled to a refund.
I was on holiday and the driver wasn't outside and never entered the hotel, and then the driver said the food was left in the 'front garden' - there was no front garden, and no food left.
A disgraceful service. It's robbery in an app
