I have decided to stop using Deliveroo… I have decided to stop using Deliveroo today. I have been a client for many years ordering often daily. But the service has become worse and worse. the last order on the evening of the 28th of November I received soaked boxes with the entire order smudged and mixed absolutely not fit to eat. I have contacted customer services immediately with photos just to be told there is nothing they can do.... Today I received a very unpleasant and uncaring email confirming they will retain my money despite delivering destroyed mashed leaking food.... "Hi Joanna, Thank you for your reply. We understand that this is not the outcome you're expecting. We'll make sure to take all of your feedback and all the information on this order on board so we can improve our future service, but we cannot offer any compensation on this order at this point.
