Ordered, didn’t arrive but app said delivered. Customer service would not refund as they said they tried to deliver. CCTV proves they didn’t.
Then they suggest the pin on the map is inaccurate and could not find us. We can prove it isn’t, but they still refuse to admit it. Very poor. Will have to put in a chargeback with the bank.
