Stole my money !
Deliveroo refused to refund any of my money following delivery from driver with no attempt to contact me through usual means such as doorbell, despite express written instructions to driver to ring my flat doorbell.
Lied about leaving order in my garden and made no attempts to further contact me
Incompetence of delivery driver has essentially stolen £23 from me, deliveroo refusing to accept the mistake of the driver
