I'm beyond furious! We never received our order, but because the restaurant claimed it was delivered 2.5 hours late, Deliveroo will do NOTHING. We have spent our hard-earned money on nothing, and Deliveroo is not willing to take any responsibility or offer a resolution. It's outrageous that they have no policy in place to protect their customers from this type of situation.
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support and protection from Deliveroo. Their service is a complete waste of time and money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Deliveroo needs to step up their game and take responsibility for their failures.
