DO NOT ever use this app.
Scammed me over £100 and this happened MULTIPLE times. Order was never delivered, I called customer service and guess what they can’t do anything cos ”on our end the rider marked arrived and waited so there’s nothing we can do”. I was literally waiting at the door for 20mins and no the driver did not arrive, and did not contact me at all either.
Deliveroo, I hope you go bankrupt soon.
