Our Lunch order was not delivered today . The driver left the food outside our front door which is situated downstairs ona busy Dublin Street. Despite our request in the app for the driver to come upstairs , the delivery was left downstairs . The phone number he tried to call from came up as a red fraudlent number on our mobile phone!! Our door is always open with people frequently entering and exiting . I contacted thier customer services and their agent was of no help what so ever .
We will not be using Deliveroo ever again !
