If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order through deliveroo and the food was supposed to be delivered through the restaurant. I never received my order. The restaurant said to take it up with Deliveroo and Deliveroo said it was down to the restaurant. So basically I was robbed of £25. The restaurant lied and said they delivered, they didn't even have to show proof of delivery. It was their word against mine. I will never use Deliveroo again, they can't be trusted.
