This company is absolutely disgraceful. Due to an error on their part—one they admitted to—my weekly food order didn’t go through, yet they still took the payment and have been holding onto it for nearly a week. The real issue is that this was the last of my money, leaving my kids and me without any food for the past week. We were forced to turn to a food bank for help. When I contacted Deliveroo for assistance, given that the error was on their end, I was met with nothing but unhelpful and spiteful staff. This company showed no concern for the fact that they left a family without food, but they were more than happy to keep the money. It's been almost a week now, and I still haven’t received a refund or the food order. Deliveroo has to be one of the most disgusting companies out there.
