Deliveroo, a huge company that has absolutely no qualms stealing from disabled, elderly customer’s bank accounts.
Customer Services operatives are robotic, lack integrity and empathy in dealing with customer complaints, preferring to put the blame on the customer, without any evidence and appear to have a hectoring attitude towards someone raising an issue, probably hoping this will make the customer give up pursuing a complaint.
