I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Deliveroo. The driver assigned to my order appeared unfamiliar with London and was unable to locate the delivery address. Despite my efforts to contact him, he repeatedly hung up on me. When I reached out to Deliveroo for assistance, they refused to issue a refund.
As a result, I was left without my meal and out of pocket. This level of service is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
