Riders take over an hour with food defrosting. No refund from deliveroo

They’re more than happy to take money but won’t cover cost of spoiled food down to either their drivers’ incompetence or an issue with how they prioritise and distribute orders. If the order won’t be delivered on good time with food unspoiled then T least be prepared to compensate. If you can’t afford to compensate, don’t bite off more than you can chew and accept orders which cannot be fulfilled! Simple
