Deliveroo is so hit and miss if it works well or not.
This weekend we ordered from a restaurant and not only was the food cold by the time it got to us, one of the meals was missing so we had to share mine (burger and chips, not great to share), the guy couldn't find our flat AND when I asked for a refund I was told it could take up to 10 days to get my money back!
I will not be using them again, too many deliveries are not what we expect.
