It would be -5 If I could give it. Non existent customer service. Food was cold driver said I had to call deliveroo. The claim they can only give feedback to restaurant.
I called the restaurant who tell me they are obliged to give me a full refund.
Call them again spoke to a manager would only give the location as off shore! They weren't interested/couldn't give a t*ss as the order on time.
