Absolute horrendous service! ordered our food and apparently the driver was waiting outside my property for 10 minutes even though the voicemail which was left said they didn’t know my door number. Apparently the driver phoned us but we had no phone call. We had a call from a Leeds number which was head office. The driver is taking the food back and no refund is going to be given. Deliveroo refuse to send a new order so we have paid for something we have not received. Customer service is absolutely appalling! Had to give one star as this website wouldn’t let me write the review otherwise.
