Poor delivery service. my order was delayed by almost 3 hours and when contacted they gave me no information to why that was the case.
When i contacted the live customer service they just pasted generic answers then when i pressured them, they gave me a free 5 pounds into my account. i would have preferred a full refund but that system is hard to use due to their poor web design.
