If I could give 0 stars I would as 1 star is far too much a compliment for the most appalling company I have ever dealt with. Shocking customer services, my account was fraudulently used, they allowed the person to change my address, email and contact number in one go. They blamed me for the fraud as ‘I don’t change my passwords’
Harriet, the person dealing with my complaint was rude and unhelpful.
