Waited 1.5 hours for food to be told drivers rejected the order and there’s nothing they could do
About it. Customer services offered €2.50 account credit in compensation before we actually lost it. Such poor customer service and had we not gotten in touch we wouldn’t have had any explanation. Terribly poor service
