You took the money from my account, the food didn't arrive, then I called the restaurant they had not received the order. When I called customer service they told me they would return the money straight away, IN TWO DAYS!!!!
Absolute robbery. I will not be using Deliveroo again and will write reviews everywhere. Don't mess about with hungry customers...
