Don't bother!
As always, annoyed there is not a zero star rating. I have uninstalled app, customer services are uneducated and ignorant. Food extremely and would not tell me their refund policy. So irritated by their lack of essential skills and courtesy i have returned to their competitors. (that i also dislike, but less so!)
