We were made to wait 2 hours to get a call to say that "under this situation" the driver could not deliver and we needed to order again at 22:12. We had ordered the night before from the same restaurant and delivery was fine. So, easy to make customers wait over 2 hours to tell them their food isn't coming. Bad form
