There's no where to add delivery instructions. I was lied to and told there was, I was told after you pay you can add the info.
Several times ive had to go out the building to get my quickly cooling food. Why on earth there's no place to add delivery instructions, I dont know. Shows how badly the company is run by the management team. No common sense.
