If I could leave no stars, I would.
Just had a wrong order delivered. Had to ring up the helpline to be told that they could give me credit but they cannot redeliver. Had to shout at the helpline to get a refund, and I still have to pay for the delivery charge.
Deliveroo was great when they first started. Not anymore. Shall be disabling the count.
