This delivery service is absolutely shocking. I placed my order in advance at 6pm for 8:30pm and have yet waited over one hour and a half for the food. The restaurant had then called me half hour after my delivery time saying that 2 things off my order was out of stock and if I was to have a refund it wasn’t their issue and they don’t care. The manager was absolutely disgusting and didn’t care, told me to never use Deliveroo and only use Just eat. Will never be ordering again from deliveroo or little dessert shop.
