Legit garbage.
First time using Deliveroo.
Ordered from a restaurant - nobody to deliver. Restaurant contacted us to apologise and offer solution. Not their fault though really is it. Deliveroo unable or unwilling to assist them.
Then, difficult to use app chat - first attendant ditched me, presumably because I took too long (~60 seconds) to type my message. So then had to repeat to another poor person - praise be for screenshot function. Cheers to the person who sorted our refund promptly though.
Disgusting, not fit for purpose, avoid.
