My food has been delivered to the wrong address. I never received a call from the driver or anything. I phoned Deliveroo to enquiry about my food and they said they didn’t know, the driver must had delivered it to the wrong address or disposed it. I had to ask on several occasions for them to contact the driver and when they finally tried apparently the driver didn’t answer the phone. The restaurant is now closed and I cannot order again. I was offered the money to be credited back to my account and I had to ask for the money to be reimbursed to my credit card. As a big gesture, all Deliveroo has done is offer me a £2.5 credit on my account. I am a pregnant woman and I was really craving for pizza. You need to train your drivers better, this is not acceptable
