3 times my order had a missing item it was the bottle of coke. Always. Once the food arrived cold. And the last thing your website the app as well let's say I'm ordering a pizza from pizza hut theirs no option for me to change the toppings of the pizza I think that's bad.
Lets say someone is allergic to something and they want to change it to something else or add something extra at least have a option for that its ridiculous.
