We have just ordered a takeaway from Deliveroo for a High Wycombe delivery, after about an hour we rang they as we had not received our delivery.
They said the order had not gone through, but they had actually taken the money from our account and not provided the takeaway.
They said to us ok if you don't get the money back in your account within 3 days call us again???
Shocking!!!
