The rating process after your order is strange. Only a minor amount of times I get prompted to review a restaurant. If I'm unhappy with my order and I want to review the restaurant, if I'm not prompted, I just can't do it. Deliveroo's failure to provide clear reviews contributes to a worrying lack of transparency on these restaurants' ratings.
It took me 6 days and one daily email from me to get a refund processed.
