Placed an order, tried to immediately amend it and add an item. The website said the food is in preparation so unable to do this, but if I want to cancel the order I should contact the restaurant. I did this, and the restaurant were fine with me doing this and reordering. I then tried to contact deliveroo via live chat to let them know and it took forever to get through. When I finally got through they said they cant do this and were unwilling to reimburse me for a second delivery cost due to their driver now being at the store. I live 1 minute up the road and they were trying to charge me £4 for delivery in total. In the end I had to go into store myself to just pick it up. There was a lack of care and my query was pretty much just brushed off via live chat. 0 stars, not ordering through deliveroo again
