You can’t give 0 stars but if I could, I would. Terrible Company. Have taken money from my account for good that were never received. Now I am seeking a refund from this there is radio silence. Have had to report it as a fraudulent deduction with my bank.
Was reluctant to use them again as both my partner and I experienced our accounts being hacked with no support from Deliveroo. Have deactivated my account and certainly won’t be using ever again.
