Ordered some food for the office where it never arrived. Used the ONLINE help chat and they were very unhelpful to the point they said we will still charge you and you'll have to order again.
Times like this, where they care so little about it's customer service and all about the money. I'll vote with my wallet and use a competitor who actually cares about quality customer service.
