Most of the orders aren’t delivered or delivered with issues. Once I waited two hours for a order that ended up to not be delivered, today after waiting one hour, contacted their service support and I was told there were no riders available and they couldn’t estimate when my order would be delivered, obviously expecting the same outcome as before I requested my order to be cancelled and ordered using another app.
Deliveroo used to be a good service, but suddenly become terrible, it’s a shame but for me their service isn’t trustworthy anymore.
