I cannot understand how Deliveroo can decline to pay any refund on a missed Grocery delivery. Blaming that it's my fault they just kept £40 on a Grocery delivery order. Why isn't there a redelivery service? Where are the groceries I paid for, can I pick them up? As far as I'm concerned they stole money from me.
Do not waste money on a company that treats customers like this. I have cancelled my Plus subscription and deleted the App.
