Having banked with the RBS for decades its really gone down hill. I've has issues with the app not working. I've had staff be rude told me bs pass me around cut me off don't ring me back. My complaint is with the onbudsman after the conclusion and being a loyal customer for decades l will leave this bank before is goes bust. Check out reviews on trustpilot
