Tree (willow) arrived last
August looking ok but within 24 hours collapsed and all the greenery turned brown, contacted site and advised must have been the courier in very hot weather. Tree had to be radically pruned and has recovered this Spring but is less than half the size that I purchased, it will take 2-3 years to be at that growth again.
Tried to email under warranty for a partial refund, no reply and second emails now bouncing back as undeliverable.
Will not use again or recommend
