They sent me the completely wrong item! I got in touch via email twice and both times received the same auto response about returning and getting a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted what I ordered. So I spoke with someone over their chat system who told me that the product is now sold out and they wouldn't get more stock until after Christmas (it was a Christmas present!) Plus the item's box was scraped and torn which wouldn't be good as a present. Waste of time and wouldn't recommend.
