Oypla is a disgrace and with their very poor customer service is a bad image for Amazon
Can I refer to previous communication and your system please. I have been returning their item (a color changing light bulb) for months now and still haven't gotten my money back. The worst part is that the package wasn't even opened and I had a lot of trouble sending it back because they didn't send me a label and I had to go to every store and post office twice. Both places said it was the wrong label and unfortunately it couldn't be used. Besides the promise to send me a QR code, there were a few emails and many messages, which they never did. In short, a dodge company”
“Do not buy anything from this retailer. When you receive your item and will soon realise its faulty you will have to fight to get your money back. I bought a table that was for the outdoors and after the 1st use after a little rain it was distroyed. it took 6 attempts and endless emails by me as well as amazon for me to get my refund after I refunded the faulty item. Eventually amazon had to take formal action to get my money back so I am sure they are now blacklisted. no explanation was given for why they promised a refund several times and did not follow through. Any questions emailed about this has never been answered. Avoid this company at all costs.”

Do not buy as it is inferior quality and not fit for purpose twice - the company showed no care other than to repeat like robots: You need to dismantle it and send it back. “AVOID. Low quality products, very bad refund policy, and terrible customer service.
I ordered a folding chair from them. It was clearly very cheap but sold at a premium price. The bolt in the chair, which looks like it's made out of the same metal as a tin can, broke after 3 days of use. I expected it to last for years.
I sent photos and explained what happened. Their customer service takes a week to respond. They will only refund if you send back your item to them, taking the time, effort and pay for the packaging to do this - which they're aware, for large household goods this is too expensive and time consuming.
I asked to speak to their manager, just to say that as a small business I would encourage them to switch their chair supplier because it's making them look bad and hurting their customer relations - I recieved no confirmation he had recieved the message or cared.
In the end I've accepted I've lost the money I put into it, and will buy from larger brands in the future”

I got in touch via email twice and both times received the same auto response about returning and getting a refund. I didn't want a refund, I wanted what I ordered. So I spoke with someone over their chat system who told me that the product is now sold out and they wouldn't get more stock until after Christmas (it was a Christmas present!) Plus the item's box was scraped and torn which wouldn't be good as a present.
Waste of time and wouldn't recommend.”

They sent me the completely wrong item, then asked me for pictures of proof that they made a mistake!!! It has been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund. They answered my emails to arrange a collection but now been ignoring me emails for a week because they owe me money! Waste of space! Scammers!”
