I don't know the reason why some people complain about not receiving products or other issues... I didn't have any problem, never. I suspect that maybe depends on the destination country, or could be a problem with the postal service or something like that. Everything have always delivered to me, sent 2000 km far away from here but taking the same time as a domestic postcard or letter shipment (only 2 or 3 days)!.
